Input Search Criteria

1. Select an Ig product
2. The ZIP code will populate automatically based on your location. To find coverage for a different area, enter the ZIP code in the "Enter ZIP code" search box If entering a ZIP code that cannot be validated, national coverage information will be displayed
3. Select a plan type
4. Select a benefit type
5. Once you have selected a plan and benefit type, you may also search the coverage results table by plan name
